Please Note:
- There is a €25 Euro surcharge / discount per person
other than double occupancy, except the Villa.
- Children under 12, accompanied by adult family, stay
for free.
- All pricing is officially quoted, guaranteed and
confirmed in Euros.
- Due to exchange rate fluctuations US $ rates are
subject to change.
- A monthly exchange rate is provided for payments in
US $.
- Valid as of 1 September, 2006: ( €1.00 Euro = US
$1.25)
Reservation Conditions:
- A 5% Government Room Tax is not included and will be
added to your final hotel bill.
- Reservations are guaranteed upon receipt of €500
deposit, 50% of total stay for La Villa.
- Specific rooms cannot be guaranteed.
- Cancellations received 30 or more days prior to
arrival date will get their deposit refunded.
- Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to
arrival date will be penalized in the amount of €200.
- Deposits for cancellations received less than 30
days prior to arrival date for La Villa are not
refundable.
- Refunds for cancellations will be issued in the same
currency as the deposit.
- For stays of 4 weeks or longer guests are required
to settle room charges on the 1st day of every calendar
month.
- All rates and conditions are subject to change.
