| Message: | As I noted in another "thread" in this forum, we were asked to leave a couple of restaurants on the DUTCH side. On the FRENCH side, no matter how exotic her dress ( or lack of it ) we always felt welcome. In fact, at one particularly lovely restaurant on St. Barts (cant remember the name - it was right on the bay at the end of the road coming north from the airstrip) there was a bit of impromptu dancing, and she had a bit of trouble with her saroong. The maitre de dared her to let him hold it for her while she danced ! You can guess what she had on underneath the saroong...! |
