We had such a lousy summer and now a lousy fall, and knowing winter is only weeks away, that the only cure was booking our 09 trip to SXM
yesterday!

I'm suffering from D.I.F. 173 days 6 hrs to go before sand between my toes on O.B. we arrive June 5th. I hope we can get through the winter it's a cold 17 degrees and snow on the ground. |

The other day I told my wife that I can't wait to be in St. Martin next month. She said - we're not going until January 31st. And I said - that's next month as far as I'm concerned! 23 day visit again this year - can't quite get her to stay a month. Did get her to think about hitting the tanning booth for a little head start. Maybe we'll actually pack ahead of time this year.

15 days and 15 hours for us. Sunny and 85, with a breeze, is much nicer than -12, with wind and snow. Looking forward to refreshments at the Perch and Papagayo. |

5 more days!!!! First, snow last night then a
winter storm warning for Wednesday, then Thursday high of 14F with 40 mph wind gust!!

We arrive Dec. 8. From Chicago, will be burnt by 6:00 pm.Staying for 12 days. Just love the place, I mean the whole Island. |

34 more sleeps and we'll be participating in 'sand gravity'. don't know what sxm holds for us as it's our first trip, but i'm game for it all!
Sun and surf are my only expectations, the rest will fall into place...
