Excuse me while I let my newbie-ness show a little more today. I tried to check the archives but I didn't find anything useful so forgive me if this has been beat to death in the past.
[?]Question: As a US citizen and a resident of the state of Tennessee, what are the rules/laws concerning being naked in or around my home? For instance, am I required to shut my curtains before I drop my drawers? What about stepping out onto the porch to get a newspaper, etc? Not that I'm trying to expose myself to anyone but my wife and I walk through the house naked part of the time every day. What kind of trouble are we asking for? Are there any websites devoted to this that are easy to navigate and understand?[?]
Most state laws are different when dealing with simple nudity. Some states, I've read, feel that YOU are entitled to certain privacies in your own home and your own property while others have very strict laws of you even being SEEN naked on your own property.
It's actually best to search some of those laws in your state, county and city.
