Le Saint Severin is one of the most overlooked great restaurants in Margot. It is located on the Les Portes de St Martin just as you get into Margot coming from Cole Bay. My wife and I always make a trip there everytime were in St Martin. It compares to the restaurants in Grand Case.

Le Saint Severin is a owner/cheif restaurant with the owners daughters working the dining room. They have specials every day and fresh Dover sole each week. It is mostly locals and a few tourists find there way there. It just seems to have a certain charm when the owner of the restaurant is cooking for you and his family is serving you. I just think it is just overlooked by the tourists who are always told to go to the Margot harbor or Grand Case for the best food. It is worth the trip!
