Greetings from sun drenched Club Orient! While some of you may begin to feel the fall chill in the air, were 84 degrees Fahrenheit / 29 degrees Celsius. The water is warm and the beach never looked better. Weve had a great summer and are getting ready for our best season ever.
Thanks to all of you who booked your vacations with us already. We set a new record for reservations in the month of August! In fact, August was the single largest month for online reservations since we began offering that service.
Speaking of going online we have now added the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section to our site, as well as offering the website and reservation form in both English and French. Soon Club Orient will have registered websites in seven different countries in addition to the US site.
Oktoberfest We mentioned our first annual Oktoberfest in our last e-newsletter and our offer of a free upgrade, subject to availability if your vacation overlaps our celebration by even one day. This will become an annual event with a special selection of German beers, nightly specials of Oktoberfest food, and our first big party of the season on Saturday, October 3rd. Need more info? Halloween Blowout This is always the biggest and most colorful party of the year. This year weve gone all out with great decorations, music and frighteningly good food. If youve never been to a nudist Halloween Party, its something you shouldnt miss. We are almost fully booked so make your plans and book today. Weve got some great prizes this year, especially for the best costume. We have had some amazing outfits over the years and this year should be even crazier. Remember you get extra points for a nudist twist to your costume.
November and December Holiday Festivities Well be talking more about the events for the years end in the next newsletter, but Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years are always popular vacation times. While most of the world is putting on their overcoats and shoveling snow, were enjoying the beach and Caribbean sun. This year the Christmas to New Years period is filling faster than it has in a number of years. Dont be disappointed when you can ring in 2010 clothes free with all of your Club Orient friends.
1 . 877 . 456 . NUDE (6833) Beginning on September 15, 2009 our new toll free number from the US and Canada will be 877 456 NUDE (6833). If you have a question, need to make a last minute change or want to book your vacation with one of the reservation staff, this is the new toll free phone number. Please dont call the number and ask to be connected to one of the chalets or anywhere else as we are unable to transfer incoming calls on that line. If you need to speak to someone outside of Reception please call the direct number 011 590 590 87 33 85 its not toll free, but we can connect you to any phone on the resort.
Winter Rates We have lowered our high season rates from last year by approximately 8% from 2008/09 and with the addition of the 10% nudist association discount; it is a substantial savings over previous years. This year our high season is back to the traditional December 26 through March 31 dates. With the lower rates and the association discount Club Orient is an even better value than normal. We know there are always cheaper places to go.there just arent any places better to vacation.
