We're coming down next week for 10 days. What are
the bars and restaurants doing as far as the exchange
rate? Last year, if you paid cash - most would take
1 for 1, but with the Euro at $1.50 these days, I'm
wondering if any places on the beach are still doing
1 for 1 or not?

Last week, many of the beach bars on Orient were still using 1:1. On the grounds of Club O, the exchange was 1.5:1. Have a great time. --sxmdoc

kakao was 1.4. the waiter said they give a 10% discount. i guess something is better than nothing.

villa "Joie de Vie" - walk to orient beach, it's just a few steps from the villa.
