We just returned from a glorious 15 day stay at club O. Baywatch is no more, but right next door, Andy and Cheryl's has officially opened on October 27. The food is as good as ever, and the new site is larger and each table has a good view of the beach. Andy continues to be his entertaining self.

I wonder why they changed their name. But, then again, why wasn't Baywatch names Surf Club East?

...just showed my wife the picture of the new and old...BayWatch. I told her and from I gather here....it won't be named Baywatch?

She said...."it'll always be Baywatch to everyone that frequents Andy and Cheryl's place.

We just returned and spent quite a few breakfasts and lunches at "Andy and Cheryls". The new place is right next door and the license plates are up with more sure to follow. Andy is awaiting the new sign out front and the new menu's. He also has his Marine flag on the side and the picture of him in his Marine uniform from his days as a new Marine hanging outside the kitchen. We like the new layout, with Ross's bar in the back and room for more tables. Food is outstanding as you would expect! Andy is working hard and Cheryl is always providing the hugs and smiles. We miss it already, and wish Andy and Cheryl much success!!

Wife and I ate at Baywatch the last day they were open this year. They said they were moving next door and that the move was so they could have a few more tables. Didn't say anything about changing the name tho....

Anything in the old place?

The old place is all empty. A item here and there still hanging and the original 'Baywatch sign' over the entrance. Other than that there is nothing there.

Unbelivable!!!Number 1 fav dish is the "mussels ala andy" #2 is the "margerta shrimp" and finally my #3 is the eggplant parm and almost was a photo for 3rd with the ever popular "phila cheese steak"
And...try the meatballs...really homemade..I checked and Andy even brought me into his kitchen to show me how those dishes were prepared.
These people remind us what pride in work is,as thats what Andy and Cheryl take, pride and class. Ross the bartender fits in real good also. Guys keep up the good work--we will see you folks week 11 just like every year!!JP and KIM P from upstate NY. Caio
