Just returned from a week at Esmeralda Resort. We had the place pretty much to ourslves (only about 12 villas rented). The place was great. Nice rooms and very nice grounds. The beach bar at the resort (Cocoa Beach) has very good food and a freindly, hlpful staff. Dave was great. The beach was slow, but not an issue for us.

Do you know who the manager is now?
Had a bad experiance 2 years ago with a person by the name of
fredrica. My wife will not go back if she is there.

| The current manager is Claudie Nannini and she runs a pretty good ship there at Esmeralda. Also agree on the quality of food since we normally eat both lunch and breakfast ther every day. jds |

| Freddie is the assistant manager of E. My wife and I were there during the summer and Freddie was very accommodating. The up keep of rooms and facilities were not as good as in past years but we have plans to return. Please give us an update on the conditions, changes and improvements at the hotel. If not acceptable to you, I encourage you to give feedback to Claudie and the company that owns Esmeralda. |

RSF...Thanks for the update on Esmeralda!
Will be staying at Esmeralda Saturday, 11/14 - Monday, 11/23. Can't wait for "Sand Gravity" to set in!!!

| I didn't get the names of all the staff. But Audrey at the front desk was great. One gentleman forgot to arrange a cab for us and we almost missed mass, but Audrey got someone to come on no notice. The rooms were fine, but I would have liked the floors to be more thoroughly cleaned (but I am a neat freak). The tennis courts could use an upgrade, as could there tennis and snorkeling equipment. We mentioned it and they said they would correct it. |

| I am not sure about the mystery building on the beach. The boutique at Coco was closed, but I assumed that was due to it being the off season. |

So this Freddie is still there . I am not sure
I will tell my wife . I want to go back.
After all the trouble we had, we did e-mail the
Concord Hotels(owner of E's) they did not even
bother to respond. |
