Reservations must be accompanied with a 25% deposit of the gross rental price, reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit. A reservation is not confirmed until deposit is received at Cap Caraibes Gestion. Final payment for villa rental period is due:

45 days prior to arrival from 14 April - 20 December
90 days prior to arrival from 21 December - 4 January
60 days prior to arrival from 5 January - 13 April

Cancellation outside 45 days prior to arrival will result in the loss of 25% of the gross rental price. Cancellation from 45 to 20 days prior to arrival will result in the loss of 50% of thr gross rental price.

Cancellation within 20 days prior to arrival will result in the loss of 100% of the gross rental price. All Peak Season (21 December - 4 January) bookings are completely non-refundable.

Cap Caraibes does not refund money for adverse weather conditions such as hurricanes, if you are unable to travel to the island for such a reason we will re-book your villa rental for an equivalent period within one year of your original travel dates.

Credit cards, travelers checks and bank drafts are accepted forms of payment.

Liability

Each of the villas represented by Cap Caraibes is a private residence. Each villa has a housekeeper, gardener and pool maintenance person, this staff is employed by the owner of each villa .
Cap Caraibes is not liable for any damages occurred with the services provided by any member of the villa staff.

Cap Caraibes nor the villa owner shall be liable for any injury or damage to the renter or any person in their party while occupying the residence. The renter of the villa shall be responsible for all acts of their party or anyone invited into the villa during the rental contract period.

Security Deposit

All guests are required to give a major credit card as a security deposit. No charges will applied to the card unlees there is damage to the villa or it's contents during the rental period.

Other Information

Check out time for your villa rental period is 12:00pm on the day of departure.

The villas on the French side of the island have 220V, it is advisable to bring along a transformer for 110V appliances which you may require during your stay.

All telephones in the villas are restricted to calls made on the island to place long distance calls you will need a calling card, check with us for access codes.
